Jodi Krauss was born and raised in Parsippany, New Jersey. Growing up, she worked in her family's many restaurants before deciding to attend the University of Miami, where she met her husband, Mark. Jodi’s grandparents lived in South Florida where she spent many vacations. After graduating from the University of Miami with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education in 1980, she decided to settle in the “Sunshine State” and call Florida home. Jodi went on to become a National Board Certified Teacher, retiring after an extraordinary and fulfilling 30-year career. A Florida resident now for over 44 years, Jodi has developed and fostered many friendships and business affiliations that have not only benefited her but those close to her as well. Mastering the skill of multitasking as a teacher, her detail-oriented manner, and the tenacity with which she tackles every task, makes her the perfect partner for anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a home.

Mark Krauss is originally from Brooklyn, New York. Living in the Northeast with its cold winters, Mark would visit his grandparents in South Florida on his many vacations growing up. He attended the University of Miami and graduated from the School of Business with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1979. Deciding to remain in Florida and passing the CPA exam, Mark practiced accounting for 11 years working for local, regional, and international accounting firms. In 1991, Mark decided to take his accounting, business, and personal skills to the next level and joined Southern Wine & Spirits (now Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits), the nation’s largest wholesale wine, spirits and non-alcoholic beverage distributor. Mark spent the majority of his career with Southern as a Human Resource Executive. As part of the Corporate Management Team, Mark was responsible for not only creating and enforcing company policy, but was also intimately involved with employees and their families as he traveled the country and acted as the “corporate face” of Southern. Mark's dedicated philosophy of “putting employees first” and his love of family helped him become one of the company's most valued employees. He recently retired as Vice President of Employee Labor Relations Management after an amazing 30-year career. Mark's love of family and his philosophy of helping others makes him the perfect partner to “team up with” for all your real estate needs.
